I designed a targeted newsletter to spotlight the Queens Borough President’s first-year achievements. By grouping each milestone into its own content block and applying graduated color saturation, I established a clear visual hierarchy that guided readers through the highlights. Reaching more than 100,000 households, this mailer amplified awareness of the administration’s achievements throughout the borough.
